🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inclusive finance strategies for farmers, cooperatives, and agri-SMEs.
- Build partnerships with banks, MFIs, SACCOs, fintechs, and donors.
- Support SMEs and farmers with business plans, loan applications, and financial literacy.
- Package and track investment opportunities and crowdfunding initiatives.
- Provide field support, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to donor proposals, fundraising, and innovative financial models for marginalized groups.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial inclusion, SME finance, or rural lending.
- Experience working with financial institutions, fintechs, or donor-funded programs.
- Strong knowledge of SME/agribusiness financing and value chain systems in East Africa.
