People’s Action for Learning (PAL) Network is a global citizen-led assessment network working to improve foundational learning outcomes for children across the Global South.

We are currently recruiting for the following remote contractual positions (One-Year Contract):

1️⃣ Programs Manager – Advocacy

Location: Remote
Contract Duration: One Year

Role Overview:
The Programs Manager – Advocacy will lead the design and implementation of PAL Network’s advocacy strategy, strengthen partnerships, and support policy engagement efforts across member countries and global platforms.

2️⃣ Communications and Visibility Consultant

Location: Remote
Contract Duration: One Year

Role Overview:
The Communications and Visibility Consultant will support the development and execution of strategic communications initiatives, enhance PAL Network’s visibility, and strengthen storytelling and digital engagement across the network.
