ActionAid Kenya is recruiting two senior leadership positions to strengthen our strategic impact, resource mobilisation, and advocacy for women’s rights and social justice. 1. Program and Strategy Lead
2. Fundraising and Institutional Partnership Development Lead
Both roles are three-year renewable contracts and sit at senior leadership level, contributing to organisational vision, strategy, and long-term sustainability.
The Program and Strategy Lead will provide strategic leadership for programme design, advocacy, influencing, and campaigning, ensuring a feminist and human rights–based approach across all programmes. The role oversees national policy research, manages a multidisciplinary team, and stewards significant programme resources.
The Fundraising and Institutional Partnership Development Lead will lead resource mobilisation, institutional fundraising, and strategic partnerships with donors, corporates, trusts, and foundations, positioning ActionAid Kenya as a partner of choice and ensuring sustainable funding aligned with our values.
