UN Women is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership and partner with management in delivering effective human resource solutions. The successful candidate will lead recruitment and talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, HR policy implementation, performance management, learning and development, benefits administration, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and UN standards.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Administration, or a related field (or a bachelor’s degree with additional qualifying experience).
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR management experience.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- At least 3 years of international work experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another UN language is an added advantage.
