1. Project Director – Strengthening Skills Training Ecosystems & Pathways in Kenya (STEP)

πŸ‘€ Reports to: Kenya Country Director

The Project Director will lead a seven-year initiative focused on TVET, digital skills, entrepreneurship, and market systems development for refugee and host-community youth in Kakuma, Kalobeyei, and Dadaab. The role provides overall strategic, technical, financial, and team leadership, with strong engagement across government, private sector, civil society, and donor partners.


2. Senior Regional Manager – Higher Education Inclusion

πŸ“… Contract: 1-year fixed term (renewable)
πŸ—“ Start Date: 1 March 2026 or sooner
πŸ—£ Languages: English (required); French (strong asset)
πŸ‘€ Reports to: Deputy Project Director

This role provides regional leadership for higher education inclusion across Africa, supporting universities, refugee-led organizations, and sector partners to expand access to education and dignified work for displaced youth, particularly young women.


Who Should Apply

  • Senior leaders with 10+ years (Project Director) or 7–10 years (Senior Regional Manager) of experience
  • Strong background in forced displacement, education, TVET, youth employment, or market systems development
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage partnerships, and deliver results in complex environments
  • Strong commitment to gender equality, social inclusion, and refugee-led solutions
